Fresh Lettuce & Crunchy Vegetable Salad – Fresh lettuce with juicy vine tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, fennel, celery, beetroot and colourful rainbow carrots. Finished with a fresh lemon and herb dressing for a crisp, colourful and healthy salad..

Please don’t forget to update your status by 8 pm on Sunday if necessary. Enjoy your meal!

News items

  • Circle build-up at the Gymzaal is looking for coordinators: Interested? Or do you know anyone else who would like to volunteer on Wednesday mornings about once a month? Sign up on the volunteering schedule by filling out your name on the crossed-out line and join us for the Build-up. This way, we can train you as a build-up Coordinator. We expect you can do build-up once a month on Wednesday morning.
  • Lekkernassûh is looking for an additional Market Coordinator at the Gymzaal: To ensure that the market runs smoothly, there is a market coordinator every week. If you would like to contribute to a pleasant market experience and are not afraid to answer questions from our participants, the market assistants, or the cooking team, then join the Coordination Team. Interested? Drop by on a Wednesday and ask for Jolande, Pierre, or Sander.
  • Community chef: Lekkernassûh is looking for volunteer cooks to cook for the Lekkernassûh community on one (or more) Wednesdays. Are you interested? Please let us know at least a week prior via (woensdag-koks@Lekkernassuh.org)
  • Volunteering:
    – Sign up to help at the Wednesday market via the market schedule.
    – Or sign up here  to help out at the package-free shop on Saturdays.
  • Open House (Tuesday & Friday | 12:00–16:00): Good news! From this week onwards, the opening hours of Voedsellokaal De Gymzaal have changed, so there are now even more opportunities to visit. During the open house, everyone is welcome to drop by for a free cup of coffee or tea and a chat. There is also space on the mezzanine to co-work or study.
  • Plant-based community lunch (Every Tuesday | 13:00): Join us for our weekly plant-based community lunch. The lunch is donation-based, with a suggested contribution of €5. You can sign up via www.degymzaal.org.
  • Free Shop (Weggeefwinkel): is also open during the open-house hours. Feel free to drop by to bring something to share or to find something nice for yourself.
  • Come and visit – everyone is warmly welcome!

Paying with Timebank hours
You can use your Timebank hours to pay for your vegetable package, but also, for example, cheese or products from the package-free store. You earn Timebank hours by, for example, helping on the market. Want to know more? Then look here.

Package-free shop
The package-free shop is open every Saturday from 11 am – 1:30 pm at the Gymzaal. Would you like to help? Register via this link . More information about the store can be found here.
