This is Gosia. A Lekkernassûh’er since August 2020

“I moved to the Netherlands in 2018 because of a job opportunity. I work for an international company and try to settle here, also by engaging in various activities in my free time. This is how I came across Lekkernassûh.

I joined the Toverbosch team in August 2020. I must admit I had my hidden reason of wanting to practice my Dutch. So you should have seen my face when there were no Dutch volunteers during my first market But as this was only a “side reason”, I’ve kept going and have been helping weekly since then. For me it’s not only about the idea of Lekkernassuh that I support, but also the social part of it and, last but not least, the possibility to move a bit after being glued to the computer for most of the day.”

Recently I’ve started with market coordination and I am also learning admin tasks. I still most often work with the market closing, as I work full time.”
