Debbie Collins invites to start the week in a relaxed way by practising Qigong.
Her classes are each Monday from 9 to 10h. in De Gymzaal. The first time is 31 March.
Qigong are energising movements that improve posture, enhance awareness, and bring a sense of calm and focus. It provides a positive tone, helping us move into the week with clarity and balance.
