Next week’s package has all the makings of some signature Levantine appetisers and side dishes. Why not transform the aubergines into a smoky baba ganoush? Or, rustle up a fattoush salad: finely slice the radishes and mix into the chopped lettuce and cucumbers before topping with crispy (pita) croutons and a zesty dressing made of olive oil, lemon, garlic and pomegranate molasses (or balsamic vinegar). Lekker!

- Summer break Mozartlaan & Toverbosch! Both locations are taking a break during the summer. Location Mozartlaan is closed 12 July through 16 August. - Mozartlaan moves! From Wednesday 23 August, the market can again be found at the Vrije school De Wonnebald, Mozartlaan 189, 2555 JK The Hague. The times have remained the same, every Wednesday from 17:00 to 18:30 the market is open.
